I can see market loss on rolls that make the 5 point followed by whiffy rolls by Oppo, so yeah I'd double here. Even 3-2 played pick and pass is bad for Oppo if he can't "Do Something". I also think Oppo can take, because there's a lot of game to go, even though he has no immediate turnaround sequences. His made 5 point allows him to hit the ground running, or at least moving, if he hits a shot either now on the ace, or later with who-knows-what.
