Despite the huge race deficit, I don't really see how this can be a pass. Market losing sequences? There's a few: POH or hitting loose and covering the ace point, followed by a flunk. OTB I doubt I'd have cubed; QF of course, suggests it may (well) be. I'm gonna sit on the fence and say borderline D/ND. Now I'll look at the other responders!
