QF says the natural play of running 24/13 must have something wrong with it, but OtB I'd have run without thinking hard about alternatives. If a later roll lets us pursue the gammon with less risk than we'd need to take now, or if we need to make a tempo hit, well then let's yak. Here, though, any such thoughts mean taking the risk of leaving more blots, and the possibility of the game slipping out of control.

24/13 for this unimaginative bear.
