I tried doing calcs on extra gammons vs extra losses for 13/2*, and came up short at about 3.5-4 extra losses and 5-6 extra gammons out of 36 rolls, and I felt generous to the gammon side.

So I play 24/13 .

I didn't look at the double hit though. Pretty radical but maybe the total switch over to the blitz if best. But I played 24/13.
