Instead of embarking himself on a hazardous double hit (note that the White inner board is better than the Blue inner board), I would consider (because of the race lead) this position as a proto holding game :

Make the 9 pt with the 6, and let White anchor on the bar point or on the GP if she can.

Do not play the 4, 24-20 because you give good 1 to White that are otherwise bad.

So 15/9, 13/9
