Hello BG Community,

I have been using www.jotform.com the last 10+ years for all my Backgammon tournament registrations. JotForm is easy to use and completely customizable. You can even make the forms dynamic based on responses to previous questions. If you are interested in using it, please feel free to contact me and I am happy to give you a tutorial on how it works.
