Usually, the two anchors 24pt -20pt is like junk food : it looks nice, but at the first bite, you understand that a better choice, if possible, would have been better.

So as White timing is suspect and Blue doesn't want to let her transpose in a more viable backgame like 3-5, let Blue consolidate with the 22pt anchor and force her to leave the 20pt with a couple of bad rolls.
