Deep snake cube

Positions where Jacoby makes it correct to turn the cube to "activate gammmons" are as rare as hen's teeth.

At 2a 2a, there's some amount of skill in holding the cube until there are market losers to provoke a mistake from your opponent. Against good players, turn it immediately and save your cycles for more important things, but if your opponent doesn't understand that score you can sometimes get an incorrect drop, or since your takepoint is ~30% drop a game that has gone south.

Years ago, the Holland rule tried to do something similar, but never caught on. For a very good reason.
