If blue can successfully close out the remaining checker, the ref position is 95.5% wins for white.

Can blue reliably "snake" the prime around the board without white leaping it? Most of the time, I suppose, so assuming that we get to the ref position 90% of the time, blue's GWC is about 4%. No idea how accurate that 90% figure is.

As for question 2 and 3, I'm a babe in the woods for those questions, so I'm hoping to learn something here. My SWAG is 2) reduces the GWC by half, and that 3) is reasonably accurate. Assuming we can actually know what "accurate" is here.
