Tempo hits here seem a bit panicked, especially since having just one man back is a good thing. A tempo hit also creates a hanging liability even if we're not hit. So I'm 86ing those and looking only at building plays.

13/8 13/10 leaves 62 and 63 for Oppo to hit, but both those rolls already played well on his side, so we're only giving him the difference in how good they are for him. In return, we get an extra builder and also some options to shuffle builders around if we can't actually build anything next turn. 13/5 can't be awful, but the front-loading bothers me enough that I'll take the chance of being hit with 13/8 13/10.
