XG vs GNUBG

In BGBlitz 3.2 I added that you can use GnuBG (if installed) as an AI in exactly the same way as the build in AIs of BGBlitz. I did this as a PoC that an external AI will perform good enough (and because it was fun). And although parsing texts from the GnuBG cli isn't particular performant it worked well.

In the summer I'll start a general and more performant API to include other bots, starting hopefully with Octopus. The API will need no cooperation on my side, drag&drop a configuration file should all you have to do to make BGBlitz aware of Octopus or BSage or bg-engine. And the API will be open so e.g. GnuBG could implement that too.

BTW Octopus does better than XG in Marc Olsens benchmark .... Just to spark a bit of interest ;)
