In the 90's there were some major dissents and creative, productive discussions on most subjects. Over time all sects conjoined into a single religion, dismissing and excommunicating any non-believers in their bullshit fantasies. I think I have lasted to this day as the only dissenter who persevered at the cost of being ridiculed and insulted. I often feel that questioning god with believers is a waste of my time also but I keep trying just in case, thinking that time is on my side. Every now and then I'm rewarded when I see some of you flock write here basically rephrasing what I had been saying for decades.

> You mention that is nothing better than a bot-vs-bot battle. That is correct but how is that supposed to work in practice? With an API it is barely doable but manually (which is necessary for XG)?

You are a bot programmer and you are asking me this? There were no API's for Jellyfish, Snowie and GnuBG but Tony Lezard was able to create "Dueller" even with the older techniques back then. It sounds like he will now add XG to it.

As for you, you can make your BgBzzzt the driver and control XG by sending key strokes to it (and mouse clicks if needed in rare cases). A quick look indicates that most everything can be done in XG using keyboard only. And it displays every decision to be made and the action taken in its side panel, which you can make your bot read and duplicate them as moves from its opponent.

If you encounter any unsurmountable problems with accomplishing the above, why don't you share them here so that others may be able to offer specific help to you.
