I waited to see if this was a shill post, but how would I know? :) And it doesn't matter anyway. DailyGammon isn't my thing. Nor is scheduling a match, unless in a tournament. I like to just sit down and play.

I like Backgammon Studio Heroes. Easy to get matches. You can schedule on there. Stable and quick. Unlike BG Galaxy which locks up and times me out and resigns matches far too often, even though my internet connection is good. (SpaceX) Not sure why I still subscribe to it, I never go there, guess Ill downgrade this month to no subscription. The voluminous settings in Heroes bothered me at first, but are no issue (I would prefer fewer but sane defaults so I don't get blindsided by accepting a match with time controls that take a lifetime to play. I use 60/8 . Also I cannot figure out how to refuse consultation matches without blocking some of the other match types. I should email Terje or check their facebook.) I see several bgonliners on Heroes. A lot of good USBGF players, since it is approved for tournaments. Years ago I was on gridgammon briefly as the gamesgrid software was the best on the planet. Although my OS had trouble with gridgammon now and then. But I forgot my login info when away from the game a few years and never heard back in years of trying. But once Heroes came along that was OK. It is pretty darn good.
