So both are playing a priming game. White is very likely to get off the bar next roll - should blue offer up a blot? With 24/18, 15 rolls by white send a blot back to the bar. (I think I've counted correctly ..., though with 11 white probably makes a 5-point prime rather than hitting.)

If blue doesn't offer up a blot and assuming white is off the bar, only 6 rolls allow white to escape one checker next roll.

On the other hand, blue could further his own chances toward priming.
