Changed my mind a bit. Still 24/22 12/8 but second best 8/4 instead (I read ah_clem mention), 13/9* looks too kamikaze, as when hit rather it be the lead checkers to save the 13 point to eat up some otherwise board crunching pips. And I don't think sending Blue backward makes sense yet, if trying to win this thing. So eschewing the hit.

24/22 12/8 (then 24/22 8/4)

Neither play looks good though, lets offer a favorable settlement.
