A reference position that applies to this position is 21S-55-fan which is a small no double for money. This position is somewhat better as Blue's other inner board point is the 5 rather than the 3, Blue has one more checker in the zone, and Blue has more numbers that PoH on the 2 (4 vs 2). I think these are enough to make this a small double and easy take.
