Position, race, and threats. Usually that's D/P, but we're sitting on both ace points which is usually a sign not to double. Splitting the difference, D/T seems about right.

Maybe there's not enough immediate market losers to cube, but anything reasonably good for blue followed by a dance (9 dancing rolls) seems to push it to being enough.
