8/5 vs 7/5 6/5 vs 8/7 6/4 vs safe 8/6 8/7 is all I see. Making the 5 has to be better than slotting it, so 7/5 6/5 over 8/5 . But I still think 8/7 6/4 is a contender. Two less immediate shots, better distribution. D1 destroys it though...

I could see 8/6 8/7 being best, no shots, tiny race lead is a lot better than trailing in the race. More forward anchor I think is better for racing.

But I'd like something to fight with. We have a pseudo anchor. I can't believe Im passing the five to leave blot but I don't like the stacks. And making the five is strong but it does unmake a point.

Thinking the safe play is probably right, we have to make gains to risk such a race loss against that board. But uggh. (and QF) And maybe the five point plus D1 crushes my pick. But WTH.
