Fails to run BGBlitz vs GnuBG matches

First: There could a lot of things go wrong because I have no control over the installation of GnuBG or the installed version. I assume few people use GnuBG as plugin (but I don't know) and so far this is the 2nd complain (and I could help the first one). On my boxes I did dozens of matches on Windows, Mac and Linux without issues.
If an error occurs BGBlitz tries to send me the log files. This information are very often helpful to identify the root cause. This doesn't work if you disallow BGBlitz to send emails, which is probaly the case here. In this case I ask to contact me by email so I can help. I just checked my email and SPAM and not too surprising no email from you.
What I assume was happening: In the free version approx each 6th game is interrupted so in a 17 point match it is pretty sure you wont come to an normal end (and because I'm pretty sure I didn't tested it with an eval version) it might be handled incorrectly but that is just guessing. Or it might be the GnuBG version.
You can't know that, for paying users in the rare cases they have issues I work hard so the get an excellent experience (up to installing by Teamviewer).
If you send me the log files (log.txt and log.1.txt most probably at c:\Users\YOUR_ACCOUNT\.bgblitz) I try to find out whether it is an error in BGBlitz.
