With only one checker back and not much chance of picking up a second, gammons seem pretty rare so I don't think we're TG here.

Can white take? She needs a 2 followed by a 5 or 6 before we close the door. Maybe she can, but I"m inclined to drop here.

Since I'm not sure about the take, it must be a cube. What about market losers, assuming she actually has a take now? We should have three builders aimed at the deuce point next roll, and that would seem to do it, if it's not done already.
