I'd try to bring this game to its critical moment right now, with 9/3(2) 14/2*. Yeah it's not good if he rolls a 2, but he's not out of our home yet and we haven't fanned yet. And even if he does hit and we stay out a roll, we still might win later from the 22-anchor, not a great prospect, but it's been done. And at least we'll have a stronger home board to contain that late hit, which also means we have more checkers home to save the gammon if it comes to that.

I like this game plan better than playing Frogger in the outfield for possibly several rolls, with multiple blots trying to keep his blot from hitting us or just permanently escaping.

And if it's really not his day, he can come in on the ace point and root out a second checker for us 😀
