I see it as more than just harmless terrible software. I consider it borderline swindleware for what I would want to use it for.
Of course, there are lots of other more meaningful things in my life that I do. But I also have some time left to do humanitarian work like trying to save the world from you and your BGBuzzt... :)
What about you? How do you feel about having wasted three decades of your life on a bot that hasn't amounted to anything? Couldn't you have done better things?

You may have sold a few hundred or even a few thousand of your bot just because people will buy anything out of mere curiosity especially if they are dirt cheap.
More significant may be the number of serious players using it. How many times people here post rollouts, etc. using your bot? Zero!
Some people may have bought it falling for your false claims and advertizing it all over the place and never bothered with the hassle of returning it, even if they could, which I'm not sure if your are offering returns regardless of whether the EU 14-day cooling off laws apply to your product or not.
My harping on your BGBuzzt may unintentionally benefit you indeed by making people feel sympathy or even pity to buy and support your bot but I will also expose how you violate personal data privacy of your paid and trial users when I find time left over from more meaningful things to do...
