I don't like plays that leave 5 blots if there are reasonable alternatives so I'd reject 21/14 and 21/18 13/9. That leaves either 13/6 or 21/18 10/6. 13/6 gives Blue 3 numbers to close the board and gives you at least a direct shot unless White rolls 64 or 44 from the roof. If White dances, Blue will be able to start extricating the back checkers with any number but the crashing 44. 21/18 10/6 gives Blue at least a direct shot on all of White's entering 4s except the 44 joker. It also gets one of Blue's back checkers moving while White is on the bar against your 5-point board. I think 21/18 10/6 is the DMP play but I'm not at all sure which play is better in terms of net g's. Looks close but I'll go with 21/18 10/6.
