I tend to favor the chess aphorism "play the board, not the player". Players like this give up enough equity on their own without any help on your part by waiting until it's TG to ship it.

OTOH, if you want to adjust your play to take further advantage of these kinds of fish and you're looking for practice fish, I'd recommend playing blunderbot on FIBS. For whatever reason, it tends to take a lot of cubes it shouldn't.
