What da heck is "No Double / Reject"?

While doing a 4-ply, 36-trial rollout with BGBuzzt, it was short and slow enough for me to keep an eye on the progress messages.
As could be expected (??), recommended cube actions kept changing, cycling through seemingly all possible and contradicting combinations.
At one point I saw "No Double / Reject"!
What da heck is this? (Notice that it's different than "Too Good To Double).
Who would be "Bob enough" to trust rollouts from a buggy bot that recommends "No Double / Reject"..?
I remember that in my Python scripts running mutant bot experiments with GnuBG, I had run into a couple of error causing items in the array of possible cube actions, including this non-sensical "No Double / Drop".
I guess it's time again to ask Frank if his BGBuzzt contains any data and/or code, legally and/or illegally taken from XG and/or GnuBG?
I doubt that I will get an answer this time either but a non-answer can often be the answer.
