First off: this isn’t a position like the last “Deep Snake” position, where you can clearly show that BGBlitz handles it better.
In fact, this is a very complicated position (which is definitely beyond my personal understanding). I ran a rollout and it came out as Double/Borderline Pass, but the volatility is huge. Between “NoDouble” and “ToGood,” I’ve seen everything in between. Now, one could extend the rollout, but I think the systematic bias outweighs the statistical error here.
I wouldn’t really trust any single bot in this position, but perhaps a majority vote. Fortunately, we have a whole range of new, powerful bots!
