METs from Jacobs & Trice book give these take equities: 0.876 for equal players, 0.981 for a 50 Elo points difference and 1.091 for 100 points.

The base table predates rolled ones like Rockwell-Kazaross and is certainly not as accurate, and I don't remember how many Elo points 1 PR point is equivalent to (30? 33?) but all in all 2 PR seems right.
