White's tp is ~18.5% ats. Most of white's wins are when Blue doesn't bear both off on this roll and White rolls D2 or higher which is 26/36 x 5/36 = 130/1296. White's other wins come from sequences where Blue can't bear off both checkers in 2 rolls. That's 9/36 x 31/36 x ~10% which is another 30 or so out of 1296. Total wins are then about 160/1296 which is well short of 18.5% so R/P.
