Either pay now with 16/7 or pay later with 6/1 6/2. The PN play doesn't bury any checkers and being hit isn't decisive. Another downside about PN is that you still have a lot of work to do even if White doesn't hit. The PL play doesn't leave any shots and many of White's next rolls will force White to make some consession like running off the 21 and leaving a double shot in the outfield. The PL play does leave a blot on the 2 and that will be a liability in certain sequences. Not too sure but I'll pay now.
