Backgammon World Championship 2026: No prediction market

Whether you agree or disagree with the concept of prediction markets, they are here to stay.

I was wondering whether it makes sense to start a market for the Monte Carlo tournament.

It would be fun for those of you who are interested in these sorts of things, and at a minimum, will generate additional visibility for the game.

Perhaps markets should also be created for all major future tournaments. Here is a link that explains how to go about it (https://help.kalshi.com/en/articles/13823833-suggesting-a-new-market).
