Not quite sure what you are asking but note thst just because the average of the luck from the next turn’s rolls must be 0 in no way means there must be as many jokers as anti jokers. As an extreme example consider a player needing double 6 to win the race. 35 rolls have negative luck but give a small decline in equity and are not antijokers and there is one huge joker.
