In a match, I would immediately move 13/12 6/4 and press the clock (rather, the "Confirm" button).

And after spending some minutes checking the diagram, that is what I am doing here too. I really cannot see what the clever play is. (Splitting runners to have more escape numbers? But then what about about the blot?)
