Bar point holding games are very resiliant, so making the 18 and the 5 looks very playable. But, so does making the 4 and 5 points while holding the GP. If we make the solid 4 point board an exchange of hits massively favors us so leaving the blot doesn't seem like much of a problem.

I'll build the board with 7/5(2) 6/4(2) and let white hit if she dares.
