Switching to the 18 looks better in this position as the 18 is less blocked in that the 20. Also the 18 will give Blue more shots if White later blots on the mid. After making the 18, Blue can either make the 4 or the 5. Not sure but I'd make the 5 and not worry about saving 6s in this close race.
