Woohoo! The book arrived. I have 7-8 others to read or reread :D ...(tired of sucking), but I need to see where this needs placed on the list. Probably first, as the ones I used to know very well but now forget, can wait a bit longer.

Thanks to Stick for the help! I paid up a bit, made an offer well above the listed ebay price even though nobody had bid yet. So like somebody said on reddit or facebook, copies show up now and then.
