We're taking enough of a race lead with this play that I wouldn't make anchoring a priority. Instead, I'd like to keep Oppo busy while we try to get Frick and Frack on the move. We could make our own 5 point, but it doesn't block as well as it might if Oppo didn't have that anchor on our 4 point. To me, the 9 point looks better for a blocking point in this specific position, and I also like making the 2 point as part of the "keep Oppo busy" plan.

13/9(2) 6/2*(2) looks good to me.
