Quietest Baffle Box

If your focus is purely on decibels, then I agree with Frank about the Galaxy towers. I have no experience of the two makes of baffle box/dice towers displayed by your responders, but do have a 3 piece Katgammon one with flat rods. (There are 2 piece ones and also round rods.) It is quiet (not silent) and makes a pleasant sound, and the dice get A LOT of action. The original 3 piece flat rods version also gets a lot of bounce outs however, due to the positioning of the rods. I got around it by increasing the height of the sides of the opening, and fixing things like these onto the top surface (which also made it quieter still):

(That site seems to be out of stock, but there are plenty more who sell them or similar items.)

You may not have the time or inclination to make adjustments to a box, but I do think the Katgammon one I have is one of the quietest and best available.
