Making the four should be better than making the three. But is it better than running to the midpoint?

Running brings the race almost even, so worth a look, but it exposes 12 outfield shots which would undermine the race strategy.

The four point is a permanent asset and that play leaves no blots so I'm inclined towards it. At first glance at the position, the priorities would seem to be activating the runners and unstacking the six. We can't unstack, but maybe running is the right idea. Not sure, so I'll just make the four point.
