1) Should the announcers be seeing bot analysis? In general, I think it influences what they say in a bad way, I would rather hear how they think through a position than hear their justifications for the bot play. Perhaps, look at the bot analysis after giving their thoughts. Here someone, I think Mochi, says how the player made a triple blunder.

They should not. Everyone is a Master if they can peek at the engine evaluation. Even with knowledgeable hosts, the commentary becomes an exercise in rationalisation of the computer moves.

The best, most informative commentary I watched is from live games with no evaluation, or when bot evaluation is added in post-production, or otherwise is revealed after the player actually completes his move. You get more spontaneus thoughts from commentators, watchers can feel how full of nuances the game is, and you can congratulate players on being creative and resourceful when they get a difficult decision right.

Josh Isaac had such a commentary during WBGF Women’s World Cup (that is, without engine) and the stream was ace: thoughtful analysis, kibitzing with the chat on sharp positions, informative a lot of fun all around.
