We aren't going to anchor on the 23pt essentially priming ourselves in. We aren't going to step all the way up to the 20pt coming under the gun when it's not necessary. That means bar/22 is mandatory. After that there are only two reasonable twos. While 13/11 might have some merit since the opponent can't hit us in the outfield while improving his offensive position (duplicated numbers), it still seems a bit loose for my tastes. When it comes back to our turn I'd rather have only one mess to clean up so bar 22 10/8 for me.
