Behind in the race and white has no board - seems like a bold play is called for. We can make the midpoint which has some strategic value, or POH on the 3, or whack two.

Anything else? 21/16 12/9 seems too passive. 22/16 8/5*? might be the bot play since is activates a runner and fights for the five point.

I'll go with the single hit. Two homeboard blots is usually too many and the three point board with 11 in the zone and one on the roof looks strong. And the usual dicta for a blitz is Point > hit > build > escape.
