So I've gone back to read some of Magriel's Backgammon and I'm on the chapter about builders. I don't know if this actually applies to this puzzle, but I'm going to use it anyway.

I think Blue is not ready to hit in his board, but soon probably. I'll escape a back man and create another active builder.
