In a first order analysis, in a last roll position you should cube if you're more than 50% to win. If blue rolls one of the 9 shakes that don't bear off white should cash. So, blue should ship it.

OTOH, if blue holds he gets a second chance if white whiffs, which is clearly a cash. So, blue wins more games by holding. Is that enough to hold?

I don't think so. As for the take, assuming white cashes her GWC is 25%, clearly enough to take.
