Enter and hit with the four of course.

Then we can hit loose on the five, lift the blot on the three, play 7/6, or play 9/8.

The loose hit is risky, but looks like a viable option. Two on the bar can really mess up a game and white will hit loose on our blot if she can. So, the loose hit has some defensive merit as well. While we are well ahead in the race, I'm skeptical that playing passively is the right approach.
