Move up to a bar point holding game or hang back on the 21 and build the board?

The 18 is six away from white's midpoint while the 21 is seven away from the 14, so if white is forced off the point she'll expose ~17 vs 6 shots. Is that dispositive?

Don't think so, but it seems like enough to me, although down by almost 30 pips hanging back might be better. Not at all sure, but I'll step up.
