Takepoint ats: White's 2 cube dead tp assuming no g's or an equivalent amount for both sides is 30%. Blue's 4 cube tp will be 25%, so White's true 2 cube tp is ~25%. Not clear to me that White wins this often so definitely a double for Blue.

Can White find 25% wins here? Racing chances are close to zero unless Blue has to waste a lot of pips while waiting to clear the mid. Otoh, Blue's D6 leaves an immediate double shot but White's board is under construction so even a hit and cover number won't be decisive. Blue's D1 is also a bad shot as it costs Blue his 6-point. If Blue succeeds in clearing the mid in the next few rolls, White's 21-pt anchor gives a few more wins when Blue can't clear the 8,6, and 5-points safely.

I guess it is a close take for White.
