Don't like any of Blue's choices with this 21 but I guess I'd hit 21/18*. Other options include 24/22 5/4, 24/22 4/3, make the 20, or 7/4. Leaving 5 blots is usually too many if there's a reasonable alternative, but I'd reluctantly do it here. Sending another checker back evens up the race.
