Seems like our solid four prime is our best asset, and if we can extend it it will be even more valuable. So, I think we need to keep the outfield blots in front of the anchor.

Make the bar point? If she still held the midpoint it would be advantageous as a holding game, but without that it seems less valuable. OTOH, moving up to the 18 puts pressure on her two outfield blots and it's a useful point regardless.

But, keeping the GP seems more valuable than the bar point, and with 12 in the zone the GP is better than the bar at preventing gammons.

Stack the GP? With little outfield control, it positions us to move the spares around and build the prime. Looks as good as any.
