So if we hit we have to lift so that would make that play 12, 11*, 1.

If we don't hit we make the 5pt and then the only good ace left is to slide 3/2.

We have a big enough racing lead that we could try tiptoe home quietly. (22 pips and not on roll with the no hit play) My hard and loose rule for this kind of decision is if we're up a roll of double sixes after the play or more (24 pips) then the quiet play has a lot more validity. Here we're close but not quite so I'll stick with hitting and hope for the best.
