Agree with 4/0 3/0.

When bearing off with a massive pip lead against deep anchor / backgame timing, every checker off the board is banked equity—especially with the doubling cube already turned under Jacoby rules where gammon value is doubled.

If we try to play overly cautious inside without removing checkers, we don't really eliminate future danger; high rolls on the next couple of turns will force awkward structural breaks anyway while White is still maintaining timing. Taking two checkers off accelerates the gammon and shortens the contact window.
